  1. Hi Randall & Andrew,

So happy to read your latest blog, have been waiting eagerly for an update following your mention of the ‘orkish youth of Maidstone’, never before have they been so poetically described, I’m hoping you’ll have better memories of our fair isle than that though and will continue to follow your tales (as long as I have internet access).
Take care and I’m praying to St Raphael for a continued safe journey for you both.
    Monica

  3. Hi Monica,
I’m very glad to receive your wee comment, pleased by your compliments, and happy to assure you that my memories, at least, are pleasant ones; not the least of which is that of our very enjoyable stay in Canterbury.
All the best to your and your family, and thank you for your prayers.

  5. Very beautiful pics as always! I notice that you’re back in France. If you’re ever in Avrille’ (Angers)… you’re not too far… and you see a Dominican walking around doing errands, please give our hellos. Fr. Albert will be here in town in a couple of weeks.

Delightful indeed—but often only in retrospect! Sorry for the long silence, but I was down with a bug for a few days, and we had to give our attentions to a series of complications that arose from going on pilgrimage in Lourdes.
And yes, we’re in France. But pretty far south of Angers by now. We’ll be in Spain early next week, where we start our Santiago pilgrimage from Pamplona.
Thence to Portugal and Morocco, southern Spain, France, Italy and Greece.
